From The Heart

On Saturday 13 November, Port Elizabeth Scottish Association hosted the 2010 Burgess Cup, a bowling match in aid of charity held annually between the PE Scottish Association and the PE Bowling Club. The first match was in 1917 and each year the two clubs take it in turn to raise money for a charity of their choice. This year the charity chosen by PE Scottish was Reach for a Dream and an amount of R6000 was raised. Unfortunately, PESA lost to PE Bowling Club, but a good afternoon was enjoyed by all.
